Your calculations and records
Guest calculations run in your browser. Guest budgets, tasks, reminders and saved calculations are stored in this browser’s local storage. Clearing site data removes those records. Export a backup in Settings. If you sign in to a connected cloud account, supported records and profile details are stored in Supabase and protected by account access policies.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential storage for your theme, privacy choices, local records and session state. If you accept optional cookies, Firebase Analytics measures page visits, tool usage, successful actions and outbound links. We do not send the amounts you enter, passwords, email addresses or record contents in analytics events. You can change your choice with “Privacy choices” in the footer or Settings. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection; it does not erase previously collected data.
Advertising
Google AdSense may display advertisements on desktop and mobile to support our free tools. Subject to your choices and applicable consent requirements, Google and its partners may use cookies and device information to serve, personalize and measure ads. Google’s certified consent message manages regional advertising choices when available. Learn more about how Google uses information from partner sites and manage your Google ad preferences.
Visit counter
When the shared counter is connected, we count one visit per browser per UTC day using a random first-party cookie and a daily hashed identifier. The counter does not store your calculation inputs. When the shared counter is unavailable, the site displays only your own visit count stored in this browser and labels it accordingly. This is a visit count, not a count of unique people.
Updates and notifications
The website checks its release version to offer updates. With optional cookies accepted, Firebase Remote Config also delivers update information and public announcements. Browser push notifications require your explicit permission; your browser’s push delivery token is registered with Firebase Cloud Messaging for the Kikumi website topic when you subscribe. You can revoke notification permission and clear site data in your browser settings, and contact us if you need help unsubscribing.
Sharing and contact
Sharing opens your device’s share sheet or copies a public link. WhatsApp, YouTube and other external links open third-party services governed by their own privacy policies. We do not automatically send messages or installation enquiry emails.
Your choices and rights
Use Settings to export local data. Clear local records through your browser’s site-data controls. Contact WhatsApp +256726195581 to ask about account data, access, correction or deletion. We retain account records while needed to provide the service or meet applicable obligations.
